Use the pitch-matcher slider to find the frequency that sounds closest to your ringing. Audra saves it and builds a notched-noise track with the energy at that frequency gently removed.

Play a session tonight
Open the player at bedtime, set the sleep timer, and let the enrichment run. Your session length and mood are logged so you can see what actually helps over time.
